  1. About Go Cirkulär

  • The company is situated in Malmö. The mailing address is Anckargripsgatan 3.

  • If you wish to contact us, please send an e-mail to [email protected] with your contact information and request and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

  1. Orders

  • When you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail at the address supplied. In the confirmation you will find all information regarding products, price, invoice and delivery address.

  • If you find any errors in your order confirmation, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

  1. Delivery

  • Under normal circumstances our delivery time is 3-7 days. OBS! Orders made during weekends and holidays will be shipped at the earliest on the following Monday.

  • If delays occur (without you having received notice from us about delays) please contact us at [email protected].

  1. Prices

  • All prices in the store are in SEK (unless other currency is chosen) and all prices include 25% VAT. For wholesale purchases please contact us at [email protected]

  • We reserve the right to change prices due to changes in prices for our suppliers, errors in the price lists and changes as a result of erroneous information, and reserve the right to change prices accordingliy.

  1. Returns

  • In accordance with Swedish law, products purchased in our webshop can be returned within 14 days from reviewing the product

5.1 When making use of the right to returns: 

  • You must let us know that you wish to return your purchase. Please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. In your message please state your name, address, e-mail, order number and what products you wish to return.

  • Please return the products in question at your earliest convenience and within 14 days after contacting us regarding the return, as specified by the law.

  • The customer pays return shipping, delivery and packaging of the products. Products should be packaged safely and in original packaging. 

  • We reserve the right to deduct from the refund amount any damages to the returned products, signs of use or any other factors that may have devalued the product.

    5.2 The right to return does NOT apply in the following instances:

  • Products with seals due to health or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken by the customer.

  • Products consisting of sealed audio or visual productions, where the seal has been broken by the customer.

  • Custom made products, created specifically for you or with additions or changes made to your specifications.

  • Completed services and services that have been started with the customer’s expressed consent that no refunds or returns could be provided.

  • Products with short shelf life, e.g. foods and other products made for immediate consumption.

  • Individual copies of newspapers or magazines.

  1. Complaints and claims

  • All products are checked before we ship them to our customers. If you receive a damaged or wrong product we will correct the mistake in accordance with Swedish law, free of charge. 

  • You must always contact us in advance before returning a defect product.

  • Your complaint must be sent to us immediately after the fault has been discovered.

    6.1 How to file a complaint

  • Information about faulty or defect products must always be sent to [email protected] Please include your name, address, e-mail, order number and a clear description of the faulty product.

  • If it is not possible for us to correct the mistake or deliver a similar product, you will receive a refund in accordance with Swedish consumer protection law. We cover shipping costs on approved returns of faulty or defect products.   

  • We reserve the right to deny a complaint, if it turns out the complaint is not valid in accordance with applicable consumer laws. We follow the guidelines from The National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), for more information see www.arn.se

  1. Limitation of Liability

  • Go Cirkulär is not responsible for any indirect damages caused by a product.

  • We accept no responsibility for delays or errors caused by circumstances outside of the company’s control (Force Majeure). These circumstances can include but are not limited to: strikes, fires, armed conflicts, changes in laws and other decisions made by authorities, lost, incomplete or delayed deliveries from suppliers. 

  • Factors outside the company’s control also include changes to products or product properties changed by suppliers and other factors.

  1. Product information

  • We reserve for typographical errors on this website and in sales of the products.
    We do not guarantee that the pictures on the website are an exact representation of the products, as colours can be represented with slight differences, depending on device, photo quality, resolution and other factors. However, we always strive to give as correct a representation of our products as possible!

  1. Information regarding Cookies

  • In accordance with the law about electronic information visitors to a website must be given information about the use of Cookies. The information stored in the Cookie makes it possible to track a visitor’s surfing on a website. A Cookie is a small text file that the website requests to store on the visitor’s device in order to access certain functionalities.   • By shopping at Go Cirkulär you accept our data protection policy and our handling of your personal data. We protect your personal integrity and do not collect any more information than necessary to process your order. We never sell or pass on your information to a third party without legal reason. 

  • Go Cirkulär is responsible for the handling of the personal information you have given to us as our customer. Your information is processed by us in order to handle your order and in the event of sign-up for newsletters or campaigns, in order to tailor our marketing to your needs.

  • The information below is a summary of how we handle your information in compliance with the GDPR regulations. You can read more about these regulations here. 

  • 10.1 What is Personal Data?

  • Personal data is any and all information that directly or indirectly can be connected to a physical person.

  • 10.2 What information do we store?

  • In order to process your order and answer questions in regards to your order (customer support) we save your first and last name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, IP address and purchase history.

  • Your data is stored as long as we have a legal reason to process your information, for example to complete the contract between us or to live up to the legal obligations we have with regards to for example bookkeeping. 

  • 10.3 Legal reason

  • In conjunction with a purchase, your information will be processed in order to complete our purchase agreement with you as our customer. Any marketing, campaigns and similar correspondence will only happen with our customer’s expressed consent.

  • 10.4 What information is shared and with what purpose?
    10.4.1 Payment service providers

  • Upon completion of a purchase, information is shared with our payment service providers. The information being stored is first and last name, address, e-mail address and telephone number. If you choose to pay via invoice, the payment provider will also store your social ID number (personnummer). The information is stored in order to complete the purchase and protect all parties against fraud.

10.4.2 Freight companies

  • In order to deliver your orders and complete our agreement, we have to share specific information with our freight partners. The information being shared is first and last name, and delivery address. E-mail address and phone numbers can also be shared in order to send out delivery notifications.

10.4.3 Newsletter

  • If you choose to sign up for our newsletter your first and last name and e-mail address will be shared with our newsletter provider. This service is provided to keep our customers with information and marketing material.

  • 10.5 Right of access

  • You have the right to get a summary of all information we have stored about you. The summary will be delivered electronically in a readable format. 

  • 10.6 Right of correction

  • You have the right to ask us to update faulty information or complement information that is lacking. 

  • 10.7 The right to be forgotten

  • You can at any time request that our information about you be deleted. There are a few exceptions to the Right to be forgotten, for example with regards to information necessary to meet legal requirements in regards to the company’s bookkeeping.

  • 10.8 Data Protection responsibility

  • Go Cirkulär is responsible for storage and processing of personal data in the web shop and is responsible for compliance with the rules of the GDPR.

  • 10.9 How we protect your data

  • We use industry standards like SSL/TLS and one way hash-algorithms to store, process and communicate sensitive data like personal information and passwords in a safe manner. Our store is built on the Swedish Quickbutik webshop platform, run by Quickbutik AB which is located in Helsingborg, Sweden.  

  1. Changes to terms and conditions

  • We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time. Changes to the terms and conditions will be published on the website. The changes will be considered accepted when visiting the website or completing a purchase. 

  1. Disputes and jurisdiction

  • In the event that a dispute cannot be solved between the company’s customer support and the customer, Swedish citizens can turn to Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden, at arn.se. Residents in other EU countries can file complaints with the EU commission platform for mediation at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

  • In the event, we will follow the determination from ARN or similar institutions.

  • Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these terms and conditions are to be interpreted in compliance with Swedish law.
